At the centre of T-RackS 6 Prism Reverb is the reverb module, crafting the initial reflections that define the sound. With Size and Diffusion controls, users can shape anything from tight, focused spaces to vast, ambient environments – the essential foundation for the evolving effect chain.
Modulation: Motion with Depth
Integrated into the reverb stage, the modulation section adds life and movement to the tail. Depth, LFO Rate, and optional randomization provide expressive control, while independent channel modulation generates rich, asymmetrical spatial textures that evolve with the music.
Pitch Shifting: Precision Meets Space
Two independent pitch shifters provide a ±2-octave range with ultra-fine tuning down to 1/100th of a semitone. This module features dedicated level and pan controls, allowing users to create immersive, spatial pitch effects – ideal for shimmering textures or subtle tonal shifts.
Feedback Control: Shaping the Loop
The feedback engine controls the shimmer’s intensity and tone, with frequency-specific shaping for both highs and lows. The FB PITCH switch toggles pitch-shifting in or out of the loop, while FLIP switches stereo channels on each pass, enhancing spatial depth and seamlessly blending complex effects.
